At Viaduct we understand that business is a big investment and can be nervy especially if it’s your first time.  We also understand that at this time your business may not work out as planned.  To help make this time easier, we are offering business owners the opportunity to take up our Business Assurance programme.

With the Viaduct Business Assurance programme, you get the confidence and certainty that you can select the right payment solution for your business and if things change for the worse or the business doesn’t work out as expected you won’t have the worry of a debt you can’t afford.

How it works?

If you lease eftpos from Viaduct for your business and for some reason your business doesn’t work out as you expected, you can send your terminal back with no penalties, no more contract to pay and no credit record.

 What’s covered?

This assurance covers the first 36 months of your lease agreement. If you lose your business or your accountant determines that your business needs to change then fill out statutory declaration form, provide one months notice and you can send back the terminal with no questions asked and no more payments to make. Its’ that simple.

How do I qualify?

Lease an eftpos terminal from Viaduct Limited for a business.

How much does it cost?

An additional $9.95 per month plus GST.

How do I stop payments?

Give us a call on 0800 484 238, complete a copy of our Statutory Declaration, provide one months notice and send back the terminal. Once we have received your declaration and the terminal and your payments are up to date then your obligation is finished.

What should be disclosed?

We just need to know details on your business.

Is there are minimum contract to sign?

Yes a minimum 36 month.

 Is there a terminal maximum to be eligible for Viaduct  Business Assurance?

No

What if I need to change owner during the term of the cover?

Your cover is portable between yourself and the new owner. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your individual circumstances.

How will I know when my cover starts?

Your cover begins from the start date shown on your order form.

How long is the assurance for?

For a maximum of thirty-six months

How do I cancel my policy?

Your policy will terminate when either the financed amount is paid in full or after 36 months whichever comes first.

What do I need to apply for the Viaduct New Business Assurance?

We need details on your business and the details of the directors or owners of the business.

Am I covered if I lease a terminal from someone else other than Viaduct.
